These rules apply to every upload, prompt, generation, and use of Fancy Cafe AI. They form part of our Terms of Service. Contact: support@fancycafevideoai.com.

Scope

This policy covers photos and other media you upload, instructions you give, results Fancy Cafe AI generates, and attempts to bypass safety checks.

Age and photos of people

1. You must be 18 or older.
2. Only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who gave you permission for AI processing and for your intended use of the result. Permission to take or keep a photo alone is not enough.
3. Every person visible in the photo, including anyone in the background, must be at least 18. Do not upload, generate, or try to disguise a minor as an adult. Parental permission does not create an exception.
4. Do not upload celebrities, politicians, influencers, or other public figures, and do not ask for their likeness or lookalikes.
5. Hold the image rights you need. A photo being public does not make it yours to upload.

Prohibited content (seven categories)

1. Sexual or NSFW content

Do not request or upload pornography, explicit sexual content, sexualized edits of real people, or any attempt to remove clothing.

2. Violence or gore

Do not generate graphic injury, gore, threats, or encouragement of physical harm.

3. Hate speech

Do not create content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, or violence against people based on protected characteristics.

4. Child-unsafe content

Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, and any content that exploits or endangers children are strictly prohibited. Apparent illegal material may be reported to authorities.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not create non-consensual or deceptive depictions of real people, identity fraud, fabricated evidence, or fake endorsements.

6. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

Do not create or request intimate imagery of anyone without their clear consent. Intimate deepfakes are prohibited.

7. Copyright and other infringement

Do not submit or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

Other prohibited conduct

Do not promote terrorism or extremism, give instructions for serious violence, generate deceptive spam, compromise the service, abuse accounts or credits, or try to evade moderation with disguised prompts. Illegal uses are prohibited even if not listed above.

Automated checks and platform review

Before generation, prompts are screened with Waffo Prompt Screening (locale=en, semantic=enforce). Generation continues only when the check returns allow. A block, review, degraded, or unavailable check stops generation and does not consume credits. Automated checks can be imperfect and do not prove age, consent, identity, or ownership. You remain responsible for these rules even if a request is accepted. We examine content-safety reports and appeals manually when needed.

Label and share responsibly

Every result is AI-generated and labeled as such. Keep that disclosure when you download or share. Do not present a generated result as an unedited recording of a real event or as an authentic endorsement.

Enforcement and timelines

Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject or hold a request, remove content, warn you, restrict access, suspend or terminate an account, and report suspected unlawful conduct where required. Serious child-safety or violence threats may trigger immediate action. We prioritize urgent child-safety and credible-threat reports; response time varies with severity and evidence.

Report and appeals

Email support@fancycafevideoai.com with the subject "Content safety report" or "Likeness report". Include a task or order reference and a short explanation. Do not email illegal imagery. If you believe a decision was wrong, include your account email and the reason for appeal.
