Generation credits and cash refunds are separate.

Credit returns

Credits are reserved before generation. Confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits automatically. Unknown provider outcomes require automatic reconciliation before retrying. A successfully delivered result is generally not refundable solely because you prefer a different aesthetic outcome.

Unused credit packs

You may request a full cash refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Submit your request to support@fancycafevideoai.com with the order number. Do not send card details. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is generally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact support promptly if you see a duplicate charge or a purchase you did not authorize. Once verified, duplicate or unauthorized charges are refunded to the original payment method.

Statutory rights

Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Payment processing is handled by Waffo.
