These Terms apply to Fancy Cafe AI at https://fancycafevideoai.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

1. About Fancy Cafe AI

Fancy Cafe AI provides AI-assisted media tools. Outputs are AI-generated and labeled as such. They are synthetic results, not records of an unedited real-world event.

2. Age, accounts, and permission

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account.

Upload only your own photo or a consenting adult's photo. Every person shown must be at least 18. You must have permission from the person depicted for AI processing and your intended use of the output, and the necessary rights from the photographer or other rights holder. No photos of children or minors. No celebrity or public-figure photos, even if publicly available. These restrictions also apply to background subjects and reference images.

3. Credit packs and payment

Purchases are one-time credit packs through Waffo (waffo.ai). There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The checkout displays the pack price, currency, credit amount, any expiry, and applicable taxes before purchase. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm a purchase. Credits are for use within Fancy Cafe AI; they are not money or transferable currency. Confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits automatically. Unknown provider outcomes require automatic reconciliation before retrying. Unused packs may be eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy.

4. Uploads, output rights, and AI labels

You retain your existing rights in uploads. You grant us and the providers operating the Service a limited permission to receive, store, process, and display your uploads and outputs as needed to fulfill your request, deliver results, maintain security, and enforce these Terms. Keep the AI-generated disclosure when sharing an output. Do not present an output as an unedited photograph, identity document, genuine event, or real endorsement.

5. Safety and acceptable use

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prompts are screened with Waffo Prompt Screening before generation. Generation continues only when the check returns allow. A block, review, degraded, or unavailable check stops generation and does not consume credits. Automated checks can be imperfect and do not prove age, consent, identity, or ownership.

6. Results and availability

AI results and availability can vary. Save any results you wish to keep. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available without a guarantee of a particular likeness, aesthetic result, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the relevant claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes and ending use

We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date on this page. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through support; outstanding orders, refunds, and legally required records are handled under the relevant policies.
